Returns are subject to a £3.00 per item handling fee 

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the goods to us in resalable, unused condition in original packaging, within 30 days of receipt. You will be refunded cost of goods only, not postal charges. 

Please email us to receive a Return Authorisation Number and FREE postage label.

Once your parcel is received back into our warehouse, we will process an exchange. 

Why do we charge for delivery charge and handling fees for returns?

It became a norm for online shoppers to purchase an item in 3 different sizes.

This drives the selling price of the item up for everyone. We want to keep our selling price as competitive as possible, still offering FREE exchanges, if you get a size wrong.
